Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our logistics and transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our logistics services to meet sales goals and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including shippers, freight forwarders, and corporate accounts.

  • Promote the company's services, including freight transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Good knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics services.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Revenue growth.
