Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting leads, maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. Remote work flexibility will be available while also requiring in-office presence in Cairo to collaborate with team members and clients.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Relationship Building
Experience in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Customer Engagement
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Active Listening skills
Basic knowledge of Financial Products and Market Trends
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
