This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Core tasks include managing customer accounts, providing outstanding customer service, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves assisting with training and supporting sales processes to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven experience in Sales and meeting sales objectives
• Ability to lead and contribute to Sales Management and Training efforts
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and tools is a plus
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently in a remote environment
• Past experience in the printing or packaging industry is a valuable asset
