Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist for a Consultancy based in Saudi.

Location – Jeddah, KSA

Salary – 13,000 – 18,000 SAR/month

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales or partnership management, preferably within sports, events, or commercial industries.
  • Proven experience with organizations such as Sela, Rise, or similar leading sports/event management companies.
  • Exposure to banking, insurance, or automotive sectors is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles – from prospecting to closing and post-sale relationship management.
  • Excellent understanding of sponsorship assets (e.g., naming rights, jersey branding, digital activations, corporate hospitality, and event integration).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sponsorship Sales: Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship and partnership opportunities across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle verticals.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and rightsholders to ensure long-term collaboration and renewal opportunities.
  • Proposal & Pitch Development: Create tailored partnership proposals, presentations, and activation plans aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends across sports, automotive, banking, insurance, and consumer industries to identify high-value prospects and partnership potential.
  • Activation Support: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of sponsorship rights, on-ground activations, and reporting.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and post-activation reports to ensure visibility across the commercial team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and closing sponsorship and partnership opportunities across sports, events, and commercial sectors. This role blends sales strategy, relationship management, and brand collaboration, deal for someone passionate about creating impactful partnerships that drive both brand visibility and revenue growth.
