We're Hiring | Sales Executive – Software Sales

NOK Human Capital is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the technology and retail solutions industry for a Senior Sales Executive to join their Sales team.

If you have experience selling software, SaaS, POS, ERP, or technology solutions and enjoy building client relationships and closing deals, this opportunity could be a strong fit.

Location: Giza

Residency: Candidates must currently live in Giza

Work Mode: Hybrid – 50%

Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Employment: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Provide regular market feedback and sales reports.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Outdoor Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.
• Experience within Software, SaaS, POS Systems, ERP Solutions, or Technology Sales is highly preferred.
• Experience selling software solutions within the retail sector is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Good to very good command of English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, sales tools, and online communication platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation is required.
