Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Sharjah, UAE. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and achieving company sales targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, presenting product solutions, delivering training sessions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and build relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and drive revenue
• Experience in Training to effectively educate customers and teams about products and solutions
• Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Familiarity with education technology, e-learning platforms, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Middle East region are advantageous
• Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team
