Role Description

The Sales Specialist is an on-site, full-time role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and effectively presenting and selling company services. The role also involves collaborating with teams to refine sales strategies and participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, drive revenue, and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in Training, mentoring, or guiding others to improve team performance is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
