Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales activities from the office (Indoor Sales).
* Promote and sell software and hardware products and solutions.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
* Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
* Coordinate with technical, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field is preferred.
* 1 to 7 years of experience in Indoor Sales, preferably in software and/or hardware.
* Good understanding of IT products, software solutions, and hardware components.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is preferred.
