Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm Heliopolis for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales cycle, build relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, offering product training to clients, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the team for effective sales management and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Sales and identifying new business opportunities
  • Experience in Sales Management and delivering client-focused training sessions
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the tourism industry is an advantage
