Job Purpose: To oversee and support the operational performance of assigned branches, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and consistent brand standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

  • Conduct regular branch visits based on structured tour plans
  • Monitor and manage inventory transfers between branches
  • Oversee stock usage, damaged items, and system documentation
  • Ensure all operations are executed accurately within the company system and within granted authorities

Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare and review branch performance reports with the Area/Regional Manager
  • Identify operational challenges and follow up on corrective actions
  • Support analysis of underperforming branches and recommend improvement plans
  • Drive achievement of regional sales targets

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

  • Ensure product displays comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee promotional and advertising material placement
  • Maintain a high-standard branch appearance aligned with company identity and brand image

Team Support & Development

  • Contribute to developing sales skills of sales staff and trainees
  • Evaluate sales team performance using approved tools and procedures
  • Schedule staff shifts and monitor attendance compliance
  • Ensure branches are equipped with necessary operational supplies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales
  • Strong operational oversight and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive sales performance
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills
