Job Purpose
BEAT People is hiring a Sales Supervisor on behalf of a major client in the electrical engineering manufacturing sector. The Sales Supervisor will oversee day-to-day sales operations, support and guide the sales team, open new markets, and ensure achievement of sales and collection targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Market Coverage
- Implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to monitor market activity, visit retail shops, and follow up on projects.
- Open new customers (retail & projects) and expand the company's market presence.
Team Support & Supervision
- Supervise and motivate sales representatives (Retail + Projects).
- Provide coaching, direction, and on-the-ground support during market visits.
- Ensure the team meets performance KPIs and follows the company's sales processes.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key accounts.
- Understand customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
Collections & Financial Follow-Up
- Monitor and follow up on collection activities.
- Ensure sales team adherence to company financial and credit policies.
Reporting & Analysis
- Review and analyze sales reports through CRM systems (e.g., Zoho).
- Provide recommendations to enhance performance and improve market reach.
- Submit regular reports to management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in electrical products, building materials, or related sectors).
- Proven experience in supervising or leading a sales team.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to open new markets.
- Full readiness for continuous fieldwork (not office-based only).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic, with good English level.
