Role & Responsibilities – Sales Supervisor – Wholesale in two different locations (Beni Suef/ Fayoum)
As a Sales Supervisor – Wholesale, you will be responsible for managing wholesale accounts, driving sales growth, and strengthening Eclatic's market presence across your assigned territory. You will lead the wholesale sales team, ensure effective trade execution, and build strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
Wholesale Sales & Account Management
Drive wholesale sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Manage and expand wholesale accounts, distributors, and sub-distributors.
Build strong relationships with wholesalers and negotiate deals within company policy.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and display compliance across all accounts.
Field Execution & Market Coverage
Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper coverage, pricing compliance, and trade execution.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions within the market.
Ensure strong in-store execution and merchandising standards.
Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise, coach, and follow up with sales representatives and merchandisers.
Monitor daily performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Support the team in achieving coverage, distribution, and collection targets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track sales performance and collections to ensure target achievement.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports with clear insights and action plans.
Educational Background, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in wholesale / traditional trade sales (FMCG experience preferred).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Results-driven with strong analytical and follow-up abilities.
