Our supervisor is responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting a team of sales to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain operational excellence on the shop floor. The role ensures compliance with company policies, brand standards, while driving customer-centricity to deliver a world-class duty-free shopping experience.
Operations & compliance
Ensure store opening, closing, and cash handling procedures are followed.
Oversee merchandise display, stock replenishment, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates, and ensure compliance with the regulations.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health & safety standards.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and motivate sales team during assigned shifts.
Ensure shifts coverage are monitored and maintain and adjust with Manager/Assistant Manager accordingly.
Conduct daily briefings on sales goals, promotions, and operational updates.
Coach and mentor team members to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Customer Service & Experience
Supervise daily sales activities and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Monitor and guide team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure upselling and cross-selling techniques are applied consistently.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Reporting & Coordination
Track daily sales performance and report variances to management.
Prepare shift reports highlighting sales, staff performance, and operational issues.
Coordinate with inventory, cash handling, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
