Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor'Real estate will be responsible for managing the sales process, achieving monthly targets, and guiding clients throughout their property-buying journey. This role focuses on handling leads, conducting site tours, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth sales experience without supervising a team. The Sales Supervisor will work closely with management to support sales strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the sales team to drive sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales Real estate, preferably in a supervisory role.
