For our client, a fast-growing pharmaceutical business, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor based in Jeddah. This role will lead and develop the sales strategy across multiple therapy areas, including anti-inflammatory and primary care. The ideal candidate brings strong scientific knowledge, established HCP relationships, and proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.Drive scientific selling initiatives and ensure messaging accuracy across therapy areas.
- Analyze territory performance, manage CRM data, and ensure disciplined reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and medical strategies effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree is preferable.
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutcial industry.
- Strong HCP network, scientific selling, negotiation, CRM discipline, territory management, etc.
- MS Office + CRM systems
- Arabic and English (fluent)
