Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a sales supervisor who will have overall responsibility for the development of the category within several Modern Trade key accounts at the right cost.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper implementation of planograms, visibility, and instore activations through regular store visits and weekly meetings with customers.
- Manage all customerrelevant financial matters.
- Achieve sales targets (value and volume) and any other quantitative targets set by management.
- Track and analyze customer data to ensure compliance with business agreements.
- Identify and analyze customer needs and develop commercial arguments.
- Monitor market and competitor developments and report findings to management.
- Prepare daily visit reports for your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Understanding of shopper behavior.
- Strong retail knowledge.
- Knowledge of discounts and allowances (D&A).
- Knowledge of the brand, including positioning and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Able to win the trust and respect of others.
- Passionate about people, consumers, products, and the community; demonstrates a caring attitude.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality in their approach.
