Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a sales supervisor who will have overall responsibility for the development of the category within several Modern Trade key accounts at the right cost.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper implementation of planograms, visibility, and instore activations through regular store visits and weekly meetings with customers.
  • Manage all customerrelevant financial matters.
  • Achieve sales targets (value and volume) and any other quantitative targets set by management.
  • Track and analyze customer data to ensure compliance with business agreements.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and develop commercial arguments.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments and report findings to management.
  • Prepare daily visit reports for your supervisor.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Understanding of shopper behavior.
  • Strong retail knowledge.
  • Knowledge of discounts and allowances (D&A).
  • Knowledge of the brand, including positioning and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market.
  • Able to win the trust and respect of others.
  • Passionate about people, consumers, products, and the community; demonstrates a caring attitude.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality in their approach.
