Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure individual and collective targets are achieved.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline performance, and lead conversion rates.
  • Support the team during client meetings, negotiations, and site visits when required.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to Sales Manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project inventory, pricing, availability, and market trends.

Educational Background, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 46 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.

Special Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of real estate development processes and project lifecycles.
  • Established network of clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
