Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure individual and collective targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline performance, and lead conversion rates.
- Support the team during client meetings, negotiations, and site visits when required.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to Sales Manager.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project inventory, pricing, availability, and market trends.
Educational Background, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 46 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
Special Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of real estate development processes and project lifecycles.
- Established network of clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
