Role Description

- Provide sales support to the sales team to ensure successful and timely execution of sales quotation in line with Customer deadline.

- Determine Either the items in the customer request are normal to proceed the draft sales quotation for pricing or requires technical advice to create TIR.

- Make sure the sales quotation is generated with the correct profitability provided by the manager & the delivery schedule provided by the planning team.

- Scheduling sales Meetings to monitor Customer accounts & Sales Reports.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally
• Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and an ability to meet deadlines
• Customer service experience and an aptitude for providing timely and effective client support
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in sales support or a similar administrative role is an advantage
• Understanding of electrical manufacturing or energy solutions industry is a plus but not mandatory
