Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator located in Dubai. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing customer service inquiries, communicating with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include providing support to the sales team, handling customer documentation, and assisting in operational tasks to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for reviewing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions
• Customer service experience with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in administrative assistance, including document management and organizational tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in real estate or sales support roles is a plus
