Collaborates with the Sales Teams to provide an excellent level of sales support. .
Manages contract cycle and onboarding of new partners to strict internal deadlines.
Provides central liaison for contracted partners and legal to ensure all contracts are issued/ revised within required deadlines.
Oversees the submission of all paperwork to ensure on time delivery of joint marketing plans in the international markets in coordination with b2b marketing team.
Manages complimentary ticket and hotel stay requests.
Liaises with other departments to secure timely support in carrying out sales activities.
Organises business trips and roadshows for our Sales Team to maximise the time the team can spend out of the office.
Helps organisation of sales events & roadshows in the local market
Shares weekly internal analytical reports
Oversees new ticket product creation and visibility across all b2b portals.
Coordinates with supporting departments such as finance, procurement, IT, GS and legal for any queries or problem resolutions of any kind.
Revalidation/Refund - adhering to refund policy/procedure. Following up with refund status with finance
Sales Business travels Managing budget for travel/raising PRs/obtaining approval
Insurance
Managing Credit limit for all B2B clients.
Assist in managing/resolution/execution of API products & resolution. Work closely with IT Team/Rev Team
Assisting Sales Team with their partners/accounts when they are on leave or business travel
Job Essentials
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Experience of managing a contracting cycle for a sales team
Proven expertise in liaison between contracted partners and legal team
Able to juggle a significant number of concurrent tasks
Close attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma
5 years of work experience in the UAE
UAE driving license
