Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to partner with the sales team, provide client-ready materials, coordinate orders and quotes, and help drive revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, operations, and sales enablement, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Manage and track customer requests, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely responses
- Coordinate order entry, contract administration, and delivery coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems
- Produce reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
- Support onboarding of new clients and ongoing account maintenance
- Liaise with marketing, product, and operations to resolve issues and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in sales support or a related field
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with CRM and office productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B software, Healthcare, or professional services
Familiarity with contract administration and pricing structures
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and project management
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications in sales, CRM, or project management are a plus
