Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Team Lead to manage and support sales operations for a UAE-based business consulting firm. The role ensures smooth coordination between sales, operations, and compliance teams while maintaining high accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales support team and daily workflows
- Support sales with proposals, quotations, and correct license structuring
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover to operations
- Review documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with Free Zones, DED, Immigration, FTA, and banks
- Track cases, maintain CRM records, and prepare basic reports
Responsibilities
- 47 years experience in UAE business setup or consulting
- Prior team handling or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Free Zone, Mainland, visas, and compliance basics
- Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
