We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Lead to join our brokerage firm in Alexandria, Egypt. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between strategic sales targets and ground-level execution, leading a team of sales agents to dominate the Alexandria and North Coast markets. We are looking for a leader who combines a deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate landscape with the coaching mindset needed to elevate team performance. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of sales agents, providing daily guidance to ensure all individual and team KPIs are met.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Translating the company's sales targets into actionable plans, identifying high-potential areas (Residential, Commercial, or Resale) within the Alexandria market.
- Lead Management & Distribution: Efficiently managing and distributing marketing-generated leads among the team, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Pipeline Oversight: Monitoring the end-to-end sales funnelfrom initial cold calls and meetings to site visits and final closingsusing CRM tools to track progress.
- Closing Support: Stepping in to assist team members in high-stakes negotiations and complex closing scenarios to ensure deal finalization.
- Developer Relations: Maintaining and expanding professional relationships with top real estate developers to stay updated on the latest projects, commissions, and exclusive offers.
- Market Intelligence: Conducting ongoing competitive analysis and staying ahead of market trends in Alexandria and the North Coast to provide strategic advice to both the team and clients.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for the HR and General Management, highlighting conversion rates, revenue generated, and team development needs.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborating with the HR Manager to interview, select, and onboard new sales talent to ensure the team is always operating at full capacity.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or Senior role within a reputable brokerage firm.
- Market Mastery: Deep knowledge of the Alexandria real estate market and a strong understanding of North Coast projects.
- Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding personal and team sales targets (Candidate should be prepared to discuss their Closing history).
- Network: An established network of high-net-worth clients and strong connections with major real estate developers in Egypt.
- Leadership Aptitude: Exceptional ability to mentor junior agents, manage diverse personalities, and resolve internal team conflicts.
- Communication Skills: High proficiency in English (B2+ level), with the ability to conduct professional presentations and negotiations.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) for data tracking and reporting.
- Mindset & Resilience: A closer mindset with extreme resilience against market fluctuations and an obsession with hitting targets.
- Residency: Must be based in or able to commute to our Alexandria headquarters.
