Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team
  • Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them in coordination with senior management
  • Train and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and workshops
  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular feedback and support
  • Assist in handling key clients and resolve escalated customer issues promptly
  • Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and sales forecasts
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors activities and propose development strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Open to receiving feedback for self-improvement and delivers feedback to others in a respectful and encouraging manner
  • Have a strong desire for personal and professional development through ongoing learning and participation in training initiatives
  • Embraces change and is willing to explore new methods, ideas, and experiences with a growth mindset
  • Sales Professional Certifications are a plus
  • PMP certificate is an advantage
