Position: Sales Team Leader Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Leader located in New Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and guide the sales team, meet sales targets, and maintain customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing team performance, developing sales strategies, providing coaching and training to team members, and handling escalated customer issues. The Sales Team Leader will also analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical engineer for MEP (HVAC, F.F, F.A, Plumbing) Systems.
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
• Experience in Team Management and providing coaching and training.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.

Job requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in engineering is Must.

-Languages: Very Good English

- Working days :(Sun-Thru)
