Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader in Freight Forwarding. The role is located in Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will manage a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, setting sales goals, and coaching team members. The role also includes developing relationships with key clients and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Team Management and Sales skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English
