Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria for a Sales Team Leader. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of Real Estate Sales professionals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, monitoring individual and group sales performance, developing strategies to meet company sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients to promote company services or products.

The Sales Team Leader will also collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment.

  • Experience with CRM software and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales management, ideally in the property or real estate sector.
