Job Description
As a Sales Team Leader at Taskeen, you will be responsible for leading a team of property consultants while actively driving sales performance. This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales involvement to ensure team targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants
- Set clear sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs
- Coach team members to improve conversion and closing rates
- Support the team in closing strategic or complex deals
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a team leadership role
- Strong personal sales track record
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Solid understanding of the local real estate market
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Relevant educational background is preferred
