Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Sales Team Leader. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and managing a sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, providing training and mentorship to team members, monitoring performance metrics, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales processes. The role involves analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and support team members in achieving targets
- Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills to drive revenue and maintain positive client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and motivate team members
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and devise data-driven strategies
- Prior experience in a sales or leadership role in a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
