This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Tour Operator. The role involves managing and promoting personalized and group tours, handling client inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include designing and organizing travel itineraries, offering guided tour recommendations, booking reservations, and working closely with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience. Collaboration with internal teams and proactive sales efforts will also be key aspects of the role.

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism to create immersive and culturally rich itineraries
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills to ensure seamless client experiences
• Sales expertise with the ability to promote and upsell travel services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Cairo
• Familiarity with Egypt's landmarks, culture, and history is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
