Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users across departments.

  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve help desk tickets and system bugs.
  • Create, update, and maintain validation rules, workflows, and automation.
  • Support system integrations with Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems (BIS), or a related field.
  • Mid-level experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Required Skills

  • Proven Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Salesforce Ranger Badge certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, and workflows.
  • Ability to create and manage validation rules and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation projects.
