In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our Salesforce environment to support business growth, ensure data integrity, and enable seamless operations across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce CRM operations on-premise.
- Create, modify, and maintain objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
- Provide technical support to internal users and resolve system-related issues.
- Develop customized reports, dashboards, and data tools.
- Maintain data cleanliness, duplicate management, and system backups.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Operations teams to enhance CRM workflows.
- Ensure system security, permission sets, profiles, and access control.
- Assist in integrating Salesforce with other internal systems when needed.
- Gather requirements for new features, prepare documentation, and execute deployments.
