Salesforce B2B Solution Architect

Role Overview

The Salesforce B2B Professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support end-to-end B2B sales and service processes. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to streamline revenue operations, improve customer engagement, and enable scalable growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for B2B environments
  • Configure and optimize Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
  • Implement and manage B2B Commerce (Commerce Cloud) and Experience Cloud solutions
  • Automate business processes using Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules
  • Develop and maintain integrations with ERP systems, marketing automation tools, and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Support CPQ functionality, including pricing, discounting, renewals, and approvals
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and sales analytics to support decision-making
  • Ensure data quality, security controls, role hierarchy, and access management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Lead or support UAT, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Salesforce platform optimization

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with B2B Commerce and/or Experience Cloud implementations
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Expertise in Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Automation)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Data migration experience using Data Loader or equivalent tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ, Platform Developer)
  • Experience in large-scale or multi-country Salesforce implementations
  • Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
