Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Subcontractor)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duration : 3 Months renewal contract [ 2 to 3 days in a week from office]
Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a critical Salesforce implementation project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring the Salesforce solution meets business needs. You will work in a fast-paced environment to support the design, testing, and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Functional Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, process builder, approval processes)
- Reporting and Dashboard creation
- Data mapping and migration planning
- Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware) and basic Salesforce security model.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.
Analytical & Soft Skills
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery model.
