We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our CRM team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce integrations with external systems. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and modern deployment tools like Flosum.
You will play a key role in building and optimizing Salesforce solutions that drive our sales, leasing, customer service, and handover operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL.
- Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, ensuring optimized and scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components and custom UI components to enhance user experience.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers.
- Manage deployment and version control using Flosum, Git, and CI/CD best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and security guidelines.
- Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and participate in system integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide production support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable), LWC, Aura Components, and Flows.
- Experience with integration development (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, External Services, etc.).
- Proficient in deployment tools like Flosum, Change Sets, or DevOps pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and AppExchange solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Real estate domain experience is highly preferred.

- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) customization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Integration with ERP or third-party systems.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Customer Portal / Agent Portal) for property buyers, brokers, or tenants.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Maps, Marketing Cloud, or Docomotion for document automation.
- Knowledge of real estate CRM processes from lead management to contract signing and handover.
