Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist for a fully remote position working closely with our Dubai-based team.
Responsibilities
Roadmap & Innovation
- Feature Roadmap: Actively monitor the three annual Salesforce releases to ensure the business remains at the forefront of platform capabilities.
- Value Identification: Identify which new features, such as Data Cloud enhancements, Agentforce AI, or Einstein updates, will drive the most significant value for the business.
- Pilot Programmes: Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for new Salesforce tools, ensuring they are validated against specific business cases before a full-scale rollout.
- Cross-Cloud Integration: Define and maintain the data architecture between SFMC, Sales/Service Cloud, and external data lakes to ensure a Single Source of Truth.
Performance & ROI
- ROI Analysis: Review campaign performance data to identify leaky buckets in the customer journey and propose technical solutions to resolve them.
- Measurement Framework: Collaborate with Analytics teams to implement robust tracking (e.g., GA4 integration) and attribution models to prove the ROI of specific SFMC features.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Partner with the Salesforce Account Executive to ensure the business is utilising all entitlements within the contract and not overpaying for unused features.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Best Practice Governance: Ensure the marketing team is using the platform efficiently, specifically focusing on the transition from static segments to real-time triggers.
- Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee the structure of Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Data Cloud ingestion to ensure data is clean, reachable, and compliant with GDPR/PECR.
- Advanced Personalisation: Govern the use of dynamic content, AMPscript, and Einstein-driven recommendations to deliver sophisticated, 1-to-1 customer journeys.
- Omni-channel Orchestration: Lead the expansion of the platform beyond email into SMS (MobileConnect), Push, and WhatsApp, ensuring a cohesive multi-channel experience.
Experience Requirements
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate What's new in Salesforce into How this makes us money.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (Minimum) + Data Cloud Consultant (Preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years, ideally with experience in a Product or Strategy capacity within a high-growth environment (like FinTech or E-commerce).
