*Job Summary*

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Salesforce projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating distributed cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple Salesforce workstreams.

The candidate should possess excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with hands-on experience in Scrum execution, release planning, Agile metrics, and Salesforce delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies including:

* Sprint Planning

* Daily Stand-ups

* Sprint Reviews

* Sprint Retrospectives

* Backlog Grooming/Refinement

* Drive Agile delivery for Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

* Coordinate Salesforce teams working across:

* Sales Cloud

* Service Cloud

* Experience Cloud (preferred)

* Integrations

* Custom Development

* Work closely with Product Owners to:

* Prioritize Product Backlog

* Define Sprint Goals

* Release Planning

* Roadmap Planning

* Remove blockers and impediments impacting sprint delivery.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.

* Monitor Agile KPIs including:

* Velocity

* Burndown Charts

* Burn-up Charts

* Sprint Predictability

* Team Capacity

Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Coordinate communication between Business, Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and external stakeholders.

Promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.

Support release planning across multiple Salesforce programs and environments.

Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile governance.

*Required Skills & Experience*

12+ years of overall IT industry experience.

Minimum 5+ years working as a Scrum Master.

Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation and delivery projects.

Hands-on experience leading Agile Scrum teams.

**Expertise in:**

Sprint Planning

Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

**Hands-on experience with:**

Jira

Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

SAFe Scrum Master Certification

Experience managing enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs.

Experience working in Agile PMO or enterprise delivery environments.
