We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Salesforce Lead / Architect to oversee solution design and guide successful implementation across Salesforce projects. This role will serve as the technical and functional lead within delivery teamsensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business needs, platform best practices, and client expectations.
The Salesforce Lead / Architect will work closely with consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal technical integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the design and technical architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce configurations and integrations.
- Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure adherence to Salesforce standards and best practices.
- Support development teams with guidance on coding standards, integrations, and deployment strategies.
Project Delivery Support
- Contribute to project planning and estimation with focus on technical feasibility and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure timely execution.
- Participate in design reviews, testing cycles, and deployment validation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary technical contact for project stakeholders and internal teams.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demos when needed.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governance, data security, and architectural best practices.
- Conduct peer reviews and enforce quality standards for configuration, code, and documentation.
- Contribute to internal frameworks, reusable assets, and technical playbooks.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship
- Mentor junior consultants and developers on Salesforce design principles and implementation methods.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions within the Salesforce team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation across multiple clouds.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and deployment methods.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and API integrations.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative working style.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer II.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Copado, or Gearset for Salesforce DevOps.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams.
