Job Title: Salesforce Solution Consultant & Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Solution Consultants/Architects to join our CX Transformation Practice. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in the UAE market and hold Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect certifications. You will be responsible for technical qualification, consultancy, creating use cases, and designing and validating Salesforce-based solutions that address complex business requirements and drive customer experience transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce products and solutions tailored to client needs in the UAE market.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions.
- Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and solution validation workshops with clients.
- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, including system integration, data migration, and deployment.
- Ensure solutions comply with best practices, security standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solution designs, and manage expectations.
- Demonstrate expertise in giving demos of the Salesforce portfolio.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and UAE market trends to deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation, preferably within the UAE market.
- Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect certification (mandatory).
- Proven track record in delivering complex Salesforce projects, including integrations and customizations.
- Strong understanding of UAE business practices, regulatory environment, and customer experience standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
