Job Title: Salesforce Support Consultant

Experience Level: 2-3 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Support Consultant with proven expertise in Salesforce administration, support, and user training, specifically within the real estate domain. The ideal candidate will act as a key contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, providing hands-on support, enhancements, and ensuring high user adoption. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests, including issue resolution, user assistance, and data integrity checks.
  • Provide functional and technical support across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
  • Engage with business users (Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Handover, CRM, Operations, etc.) to understand their needs and propose scalable solutions.
  • Maintain and improve real estate business processes within Salesforce (e.g., unit management, sales contracts, handover, DLP).
  • Manage daily administration tasks, including user management, security settings, profiles, roles, permissions, and data cleanup.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and process builders.
  • Support training activities: prepare training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain process documentation.
  • Participate in UAT, post go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders for best practices and Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration or support experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent understanding of real estate processes, including sales lifecycle, unit inventory, customer handover, and post-sales services.
  • Client-facing experience with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required. Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Experience with data migration, sandbox testing, and change management processes.
