Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitorsales business plans and strategiesaligned with company goals.
- Lead, manage, and motivate thesales team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- DriveB2B and B2C sales growth, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies.
- Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Ensure professional sales processes, reporting, and forecasting.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field (required).
- Demonstrated experience inB2B and B2C sales leadership.
- Proven ability toexecute business plans and sales strategies, not just design them.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills inEnglish; Arabic is an advantage.
