Job Title: Sales Associate / Product Specialist
Location: Alfa'ek Retail Store
Reports To: Store Manager
Summary
The Sales Associate is the face of the Alfa'ek brand, responsible for driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires deep knowledge of the factory-manufactured products and a commitment to representing the quality and standards of Alfa'ek Factory.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Proactively greet customers, identify needs, and provide expert, consultative product recommendations to achieve sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Alfa'ek products (features, manufacturing, and benefits) to answer complex inquiries confidently.
- Operations: Accurately process transactions (POS), assist with inventory management, and ensure the store maintains high visual merchandising standards.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as a positive ambassador for the factory's quality and relay customer feedback to management to inform product improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate detailed product information.
- Must be reliable and able to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends).
