Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Kuwait City. The Salesperson will manage day-to-day customer interactions, promote and sell products, and maintain an engaging shopping experience. Responsibilities include providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. Additionally, the role involves building lasting relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty and repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of product presentation, retail operations, and inventory management
• Interest in cosmetics, skincare, or wellness products is an advantage
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
