Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Alexandria. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail merchants, and promoting Souhoola's financial products. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about company offerings, market trends, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of financial products and services, with familiarity in consumer finance or installment products being an advantage
- Proven experience in client acquisition and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, sales-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services, retail, or sales-oriented roles is beneficial
