Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with walk-in customers, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Understand client needs, present Econic Clay products, and explain benefits clearly.
  • Provide quotations, follow up, and close deals directly from showroom interactions.
  • Maintain showroom displays and ensure product samples are presented attractively.
  • Log all customer details, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Collaborate with the technical team for measurements, design visuals, and tailored proposals.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with content (photos/videos from showroom activities).
  • Report daily on leads, sales progress, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (preferably in building materials, interiors, or tiles).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency with google workspace; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Presentable, customer-focused, and able to explain technical products in simple terms.
  • Organized, proactive, and target driven.
  • UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory (as this role is mostly showroom-based).
