Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Salesperson at Terry Optics. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their optical needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include showcasing and promoting eyewear products, maintaining knowledge of product features, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, processing transactions, and collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including the ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
- Product knowledge and a willingness to keep updated with optical trends and offerings
- Attention to detail and ability to manage transactions accurately
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or the optical industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
