Job Summary

The Account Manager SAP & Enterprise Solutions is responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts across SAP and related enterprise technology portfolios (ERP, Analytics, AI, Data, Cloud, Integration). The role focuses on client relationship management, revenue growth, solution positioning, and ensuring successful delivery alignment between business and technical teams.

The Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to clients while coordinating internally with pre-sales, delivery, product, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Client Relationship

  • Manage assigned SAP and enterprise solution accounts.
  • Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives, transformation roadmaps, and pain points.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.

2. Revenue Growth & Sales Development

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SAP modules and complementary solutions.
  • Drive pipeline generation and forecasting.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiation plans.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.

3. Solution Positioning

  • Promote SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, BTP, and integration solutions.
  • Position complementary technologies (AI, Data Platforms, PMO systems, etc.).
  • Work with pre-sales and technical teams to develop solution architectures.
  • Lead client presentations and executive workshops.

4. Commercial & Contract Management

  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, licensing expansions, and support agreements.
  • Manage account profitability and commercial risk.
  • Monitor payment cycles and ensure revenue realization.

5. Delivery Oversight

  • Align sales commitments with delivery capabilities.
  • Support project governance and issue escalation when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 510+ years experience in enterprise software sales or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP).
  • Experience in system integration or consulting environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in GCC or government sector accounts.
  • Knowledge of AI, Data Analytics, Cloud transformation.
  • SAP certifications (optional but advantageous).
  • MBA is a plus.
