Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced SAP ADL (Azure Data Lake) Reporting Functional Analyst / Tester to provide offshore functional support for reporting and analytics solutions in a global manufacturing environment. This role will support production issues, report enhancements, data validation, functional analysis, testing, and business reporting while working closely with onsite teams, business users, developers, data engineers, and integration teams.
- The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise reporting solutions, validating business data, and participating in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for reporting and analytics production issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Analyze business reporting requirements and recommend reporting solutions.
- Gather, document, and validate business reporting requirements.
- Support report development, report enhancements, and dashboard improvements.
- Validate business data across SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Perform root cause analysis for reporting and data issues.
- Work with technical teams to resolve report defects and data discrepancies.
- Support system upgrades, releases, deployments, and production validation.
- Participate in defect triage and business review meetings.
- Prepare functional documentation, report specifications, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or SAP reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting reporting production issues, enhancements, or implementation projects.
- Experience participating in System Integration Testing (SIT) and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience validating business data and reporting accuracy.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global onsite and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA reporting.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BusinessObjects.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Knowledge of reporting for Finance, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

- Azure DevOps (ADO)

- ServiceNow
Experience with enterprise reporting tools or test management tools is preferred but not required.
Prefer Manufacturing domain expereince.
