Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BASIS Solution Architect with over 10 years of expertise, including strong experience in SAP RISE environments. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical BASIS skills and SAP authorization knowledge, alongside a proven record in designing, implementing, and managing SAP landscapes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design and implementation for SAP landscapes, including SAP RISE environments.
- Manage and support SAP BASIS activities such as installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations.
- Design and manage SAP system landscapes including S/4HANA and cloud environments.
- Handle SAP authorization concepts including role design, user administration, and compliance.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure system performance and security.
- Perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability.
- Support SAP upgrades, patches, and system refresh activities.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS.
- Strong experience with SAP RISE and cloud-based SAP environments.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA system administration.
- Good knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and GRC.
- Experience in system installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- SAP certifications in BASIS, S/4HANA, or SAP RISE.
- Experience working in an onsite/offshore model.
- Prior experience in Middle East projects is an advantage.
